& Refund Policy for “SUCCESS POINT COMPUTER”
At “SUCCESS POINT COMPUTER” we are
committed to providing quality education and services. However, we understand
that sometimes situations arise that may require a change in plans. Please read
our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures
for course cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
1.
Course Enrollment and Fees
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are available for course fees if a
cancellation request is made within 7 days of enrollment. After this
period, no refunds will be issued, except under special circumstances
(e.g., medical emergency).
- Refund Timeline:
Refund requests will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will
be issued to the original method of payment.

Course Cancellations by the Institute
- If “Success Point Computer” cancels or reschedules a
course, students will be notified as soon as possible. In this case,
students will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund of the course fees.
- Transfer to an alternate session of the course (if
available).
- Apply the credit toward a different course (if
applicable).
3.
Withdrawal and Refund Process
- Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email or
official online form, providing details such as their student ID, course
name, and reason for withdrawal.
- Refund Conditions:
- Full Refund:
If a student cancels within 7days of enrollment, a full refund (minus any
non-refundable registration fees) will be issued.
- Partial Refund:
If the student cancels after 7 days but before the course begins, a
partial refund (minus a cancellation fee or a percentage of the tuition)
will be granted.
- No Refund:
if the student attends any part of the course, any refund will be issued.
Refunds will also not be available after the course has started, unless
otherwise stated in the policy.
4.
Refund Exceptions
- Special Cases:
Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases such as medical emergencies,
relocation, or other compelling personal reasons. Documentation will be
required, and each case will be evaluated on its individual circumstances.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
Certain fees, such as application fees, registration fees, or materials
fees, are non-refundable.
5.
Course Materials
- If the student has purchased materials or textbooks as
part of the course, those are subject to the institute's policy regarding
returns. In general, materials must be unused and in resellable condition
to be returned.
6.
Transfers and Postponements
- Students may request to transfer to another course or
postpone their enrollment within 7 days of the original start date. This
may be subject to availability and additional fees, depending on the
circumstances.
- Transfers are not allowed after the course has started.
