Terms and Conditions for Enrollment

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between “SUCCESS POINT COMPUTER ("Institution," "we," or "our") and the student ("Student," "you," or "your") who is enrolled or seeking to enroll in any course or program offered by the Institution. By enrolling or attending classes, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Enrollment Process

  • Application and Acceptance: Students must complete an application form, submit required documents, and pay any applicable fees. Acceptance is contingent on meeting admission requirements and confirmation from the Institution.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By submitting your application and enrolling in a course, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Tuition Fees: Tuition fees for courses, programs, or services are detailed on the Institution’s website or student handbook. Fees may vary depending on the program or course you choose.
  • Payment Terms: Payment must be made as per the Institution's payment schedule. Late payments may incur penalties or interest charges.
  • Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in the Refund Policy. In certain cases, such as program cancellation or failure to meet the minimum class size, a refund may be provided.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Student Behavior: Students must act in a respectful, professional, and responsible manner during classes and on campus. Disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion.
  • Academic Integrity: Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty in assignments or exams is prohibited and may lead to expulsion or other disciplinary actions.
  • Respect for Property: Students are expected to respect the Institution's property and facilities. Any damage or theft may result in penalties or fines.

5. Academic Policies

  • Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Failure to attend classes may result in the cancellation of enrollment, a lower grade, or other consequences.
  • Assessment and Grading: Assessment methods and grading criteria will be provided by the instructor. The Institution reserves the right to modify grading systems and policies.
  • Completion of Courses: Students must meet the required academic standards to successfully complete their program or course. Failure to do so may result in failure to receive certification or credit for the course.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Data Collection: The Institution collects personal information as part of the enrollment process. This data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Confidentiality: Both students and the Institution agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information. This includes but is not limited to academic records, medical information, and personal details.

7. Cancellation and Termination

  • By the Institution: The Institution reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • By the Student: Students may withdraw from courses or programs by providing written notice. Refunds for withdrawn students will be subject to the Institution's Refund Policy.

8. Health and Safety

  • Student Health: Students are responsible for ensuring their health and well-being while attending classes. The Institution may require medical clearance for students in certain programs.
  • Emergency Procedures: Students must follow the Institution’s emergency procedures, including evacuation plans and health protocols. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Institution will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your enrollment, attendance, or use of services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost opportunities, time, or data.

10. Force Majeure

The Institution shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Institution reserves the right to update and revise these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be communicated to students through the official channels (website, email, or announcements). Continued attendance will be considered as acceptance of any modifications.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the enforcement or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation in Sitarganj jurisdiction. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttarakahnd/ India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar
